How It Works
Initiate Your Request
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off the parcel at any TCS or Leopards courier branch. Share the tracking number with our team.
Get Resolved
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange is dispatched or a refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Eligibility Conditions
- Item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Undergarments, accessories, and customised items are non-returnable.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
