When is delivery free?
Nationwide, standard delivery is free when your order subtotal is PKR 5,000 or more (before shipping). Below that amount, zone flat rates in the table apply.
Which courier do you use?
We ship via TCS and Leopards Courier — Pakistan's most reliable networks.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email to monitor your shipment in real time.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delays can occur during peak seasons or in remote areas. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon.
