1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReTrend website (retrend.pk) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. ReTrend reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Accepted payment methods include EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations. ReTrend is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Exchange & Return Policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and returned within 7 days of delivery. ReTrend reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of ReTrend and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ReTrend is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any breach.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReTrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

ReTrend reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
